xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Picked this up for the 2.5gb RJ45, works perfect with my SteamDeck OLED, when it is docked I can hit those 2+ gig upload and download, so updating games and installing games is super quick.
Would recommend if you have fast internet / router system.

A different color came. I asked for a return, but I couldn't do it because I didn't hear from the shipping company.

Very disappointed with this dock, it doesn't fit the Rog Ally X so I can't use it, I throw my money. I don't recommend it to the rog ally X, maybe fits the rog ally, but the ally X is thicker and it doesn't fit properly. It goes in, but it stays very vertical and will scratch the screen due to its tightening.

It was not compatible with ROG Ally X, so ROG Ally X users should buy another model.
I'm not stable and I feel like I'm going to fall. I don't think there will be any problems if the model is compatible with this. The service itself was good, but Japan's domestic delivery service was unsatisfactory.
