xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The order arrived on time, and although the packaging was decent, it could have been improved. Installing the ssd turned out to be challenging because the board was loose and failed to secure the ssd properly. I had to remove the rubber feet, unscrew the fasteners, and take off the housing beneath the panel covering the ssd, only to find that the screws holding the board to the housing were broken.
