Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

On a 40gbp it loses connection and reconnects, this happens again. I received a 100% refund.

One thermal pad has a different thickness and a different length, so I only need to send the thermal pad. I'm just saying, the thermal pad isn't expensive, but it's not very responsive. I sent it without a cap and it was crushed and returned it, but I didn't put the enclosure part properly, so please send it to QC I have a doubt and for those who use Mac mini, the cable is thick and will occupy 2 slots. That's it.

OK, I plugged this into my Mac M4 and had constant disconnections, bought a replacement USB4 cable from amazon which seems to have fixed issue.
So good and bad experience, have contacted seller for refund for new cable, awaiting reply.
