You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

I got the device today and I had been testing it for quite sometime. it does record at 4k 60fps but in mjpeg. I tried recording it at 4k but the device tells me that it's not supported, probably because I'm using a 1440p monitor so that could be the reason. No VRR, again it's probably because of my monitor as it has hdmi 2.0 or device itself can't do it (if that is the case then HAGIBIS really need to be honest as it's not what they advertised) .It can do 1080p 120 FPS on NV12 and on RGB format, it does 60fps. which is pretty good for the price that you are getting.

Worst logistics in recent times on AliExpress! After almost 2 months waiting for the product, Aliexpress offered me a refund because the protection period was running out! The company's communication is terrible and at no time was it willing to help solve the problem!
