If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service & our products, or anything within 30 days of receiving your order, just contact our customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org. Your original payment method will be credited with the full order amount as soon as possible.
If you need to return an item please contact us at email@example.com to arrange. Please do not return anything to us without prior approval.
The customer will be notified via email upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to advise once the return has been finalised and the outcome.
Change Of Mind
Returns for change of mind or where the incorrect products were ordered must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Incorrect Items Shipped
Returns where the incorrect item was shipped to you must be made upon receipt of the incorrect item.
A replacement will be offered on all incorrect products returned unworn and unused, with all tags/packaging still attached and intact. Should a replacement not be available a refund will be made.
Shipping costs to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed upon receipt of an itemised invoice. Receipts must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for the reimbursement to be processed.
Requests for returns for faulty items may be made at any time after purchase however discretion will be used to establish how much time has passed since the item was received, how much wear it will reasonably have received and whether the fault is considered major or minor.
For minor faults (faults that can easily be repaired) you will be offered either reimbursement of repair costs upon receipt of an itemised invoice from a repair centre or a credit refund of similar value if you choose not to have the item repaired.
For major faults, where the item is fundamentally unusable and not easily repaired a replacement will be offered or if one is not available a refund will be given equal to the value paid by the customer via the original payment method upon return of the item.
The cost of return postage for faulty items will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection of the return. A copy of the shipping receipt should be emailed to email@example.com for reimbursement to be processed.
If a faulty item is returned along with exchanges or change of mind returns, this does not apply.
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, providing it hasn't been shipped already.
