Refunds and Returns

At Intechlegent , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please be sure to review our returns and refunds policy.

1. Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or if you received the wrong product. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or the wrong product was delivered.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at support@intechlegent.co.jp with your order number and a photo of the problem.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If your order is not eligible for a refund, we will contact you and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the item has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


4. Non-returnable items

  • Products marked "Final Sale"
  • Digital Products or Downloadable Content
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

5. Exchange

We currently do not offer exchange services, so if necessary, please request a refund and place a new order.


6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost due to customers entering the wrong address. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will take care of it.
