Please email info@intechlegent.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Without a valid RMA number, the package will be rejected and returned to the sender. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the RMA number.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping, import duties, taxes and other related charges for international orders are non-refundable.
