xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Excellent product. Delivery was terrible, no update and no response from the carrier. I even asked for a refund but in the end it came and I canceled the request.

Works like a charm, used with a Crucial P310 SSD 1TB and had zero issues both watching movies and recording Apple Pro Res on it, just remember you need to form your hard drive exFAT if you are going to use it between your Apple device and a Windows computer (that is on Microsoft as NTFS is proprietary in writing therefore can only be read from without paying them royalties hence not supported by anyone but Microsoft). Just wait a min or two before removing the enclosure after recording or doing something with it as exFat can be tricky.
The cable is great as you would feel is part of the device rather than having a cable hanging from your phone when you have this installed, it looks much cleaner, also the top is magnetic, I tried to use a magsafe fan over it and it works fantastically well, just the iPhone cannot power them both so you would need external power bank for a magsafe cooler.
Get the PRO 2 version which has 3 USBC one of which is a pass through.
